1973 Fiat Spider

1973 Fiat 124 Spider
I bought it 3 years ago, and my original plan was restore it with my mom in law. However, she passed away and I store it since then. She had 124 spider back in 70’s in California, and this car is the only connection I had with her. I would love to continue to fix it up by myself, but my wife and I are gonna move overseas, so it’s time to pass to someone who can finish it. Carb rebuild 3 years ago, installed new spark plug, plug cable, battery 2 years ago. It’s not running, but I think you just need new fuel and battery. The video is from last November. I think you will need to bring trailer.
I have a paper work but it’s in previous owner’s name. $2500 or OBO.
